My Cancer Journey

Let’s face it - nobody wants to receive a cancer diagnosis. Not only does it impact your physical health but also your mental and emotional well-being.

Patients often feel helpless, stressed and isolated in the face of a cancer diagnosis, which doesn’t help their recovery at all, and could even worsen their condition.

However, it's essential to remember that there is always hope, and you can still go through life with grace, resilience and strength.

As long as you have the right support, tools and strategies to stay grounded and empower yourself, your journey towards healing can become more manageable.

When I received my cancer diagnosis, I too was scared and alone. I felt helpless and was treated miserably by my doctors. You don't need to be alone in your cancer journey. Reach out to others for emotional support. It's one of the best things you can do to help yourself emotionally and physically.

I had the pleasure of speaking with Nathan Crane regarding my personal cancer journey.  Nathan Crane is a certified holistic coach, best selling author, inspiration speaker, cancer-heath researcher/educator, and 20X award winning documentary filmmaker with over 15 years in natural health, leadership, and personal development.  Here is the podcast episode.
