Let Me Guess
You know you need to make a change. You’re scared. You feel stuck. You’re afraid of the unknown. You won’t always feel this way. In order to make a change, action comes before attitude. However, it can feel impossible to take that first step.
The Good News
Because you want to be strong.
You want to be successful.
.....Despite the lover.
Despite the job.
Despite the circumstances.
And Despite every bad thought that's causing you to question yourself
over and over again.
THE GOOD NEWS? I CAN HELP
Welcome to my practice. Our brains can get in the way of our own success. We don’t know how to do everything. That’s where I come in so we can work together to overcome your limiting beliefs in order for you to become who you were meant to be.
Our careers, parenting, and relationships are not easy. Athletes need coaches. LeBron James has a coach. He's great and still has a coach. So, why shouldn’t we have a coach to help us in life? I don’t know about you, but I think life can be pretty tough. In Hamilton now playing on Broadway, George Washington said to Alexander Hamilton,“Dying is easy, young man, living is harder.”
We want to work together to live a fully charged, connected and contributing life. I'm a Life Coach, a National Certified Counselor and a member of the International Association of Professional Coaches who is so very grateful to work to empower others. I'm certified in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) and CBT. I have a Master's Degree in Counseling and I am an ordained minister, Doctor of Divinity. I have over 3 decades in the mental health and coaching business and 5 decades of life experience.
We can work together to change bad habits such as smoking, drinking, emotional eating, gambling, and help to manage your moods like anxiety, depression, and anger. I can teach you the power of habit stacking.
What is Life Coaching? It is excelling beyond standard norms consistently over the long-term, while maintaining positive well-being and relationships. Life Coaching is an ongoing feeling of fun engagement, joy and confidence that comes from consistently living as your best self.

They say the best things in life are free. I say the best things in life happen when you've got someone by your side who cares. Otherwise known as accountability and support and sometimes a little tough love.
My thing is to help people like you find the strength to do what you were meant to do, be who you were meant to be, and feel how you were meant to feel (which is really good).
We'll spend time stripping back those things that don't serve you-the hurt and the frustration and the negative self talk. And we'll immerse ourselves into your extravagant hopes for the future.
