Let Me Guess
You know you need to make a change. You’re scared. You feel stuck. You’re afraid of the unknown. You won’t always feel this way. In order to make a change, action comes before attitude. However, it can feel impossible to take that first step.
The Good News
Because you want to be strong.
You want to be successful.
And for once, you want to have it all together.
.....Despite the lover.
Despite the job.
Despite the circumstances.
And Despite every bad thought that's causing you to question yourself
over and over again.
THE GOOD NEWS? I CAN HELP
I’m Pamela. Our brains can get in the way of our own success. We don’t know how to do everything. That’s where I come in so we can work together to overcome your limiting beliefs in order for you to become who you were meant to be.
The topics of parenting, relationships, and our dreams are not easy. Athletes need coaches. So, why shouldn’t we have a coach to help us in life? I don’t know about you, but I think life can be pretty tough. In Hamilton now playing on Broadway, George Washington said to Alexander Hamilton,“Dying is easy, young man, living is harder.”
I’m a National Board Certified Counselor, a Life coach and a member of the International Association of Professional Coaches who is so very grateful to work to empower others. I have been helping others for over 20 years.
They say the best things in life aren't free. I say the best things in life happen when you've got someone by your side who cares. Otherwise known as accountability and support and sometimes a little tough love.
My thing is helping hurting people like you find the strength to do what you were meant to do, be who you were meant to be, and feel how you were meant to feel (which is really good).
We'll spend time stripping back those things that don't serve you-the hurt and the frustration and the negative self talk. And we'll immerse ourselves into your extravagant hopes for the future.
I am also big time into family. I am the mother of 5 children and three grandchildren. I love puppies, babies, chocolate and a good cup of hot tea. I have had my share of adversity. I am a 35 + year cancer survivor and sole plane crash survivor who lost her fiancée in that plane crash. I am just so happy to be here and to continue to empower and transform other people’s lives.
Ready to become the person you were meant to be. I am ready to go as soon as you are.
Love, peace, let’s talk,
